As title says my account was hacked yesterday. Live chat said it was available but it doesn't seem to be working and when you call Sony Playstation support, they say that due to staff shortages from the coronavirus that they are closed indefinitely. I don't know what to do. Please help! Edit: I got someone on live chat and they fixed the issue!
